Virginia's Southeastern District Horse Show

Date:
Location: SE District 4H Center, Wakefield, VA
Show Divisions Offered: Hunter on flat, over fences, western, saddle seat, gymkhana, and walking horse. Showmanship is mandatory for all attendees.

-District Book will be distributed at the February 23rd Meeting-

Prerequisites: Involvement in outside and 4H sponsored community service, Participation in 1 clinic, Participation in fundraisers, attendance at 50% of the general meetings by May 10, demonstrated an interest in helping with Snack Shack, ACTIVE points by May 1, finish Record Books up to page 15, fill out proper paperwork by TBA.

Smithfield Middle School Presentation

Details: An hour long presentation 1:15-2:15 on horses and the 4H horse program. 3 4Hers may accompany me to the school.

Sesroh's Annual Event

Details: A table will be set up at the tack shop to present information about 4H and our club. I need volunteers to help.

VA 4H Championship Horse and Pony Show

Location: Virginia Horse Center, Lexington, VA

Prerequisites: Completion of 15 hours of community service, Participation in 3 clinics and the final instructor evaluation, Participation in at least 3 fundraisers, attendance at 80% of meetings by September 17, Demonstrated a strong desire to help with Snack Shack, ACTIVE points by September 1, completion of Record Book by September 1, fill out proper paperwork by due date (TBA).
